About Us My name is Thad Baker, and I am your expert computer repair guy. As the owner of Baker Computer Consulting, LLC, my mission is to provide excep- tional service to every customer. I am an experienced computer technician with a home office in Eaton Rapids, MI, and have been fixing computers since 1996. Payment Policy Payments are accepted in the following forms: cash, visa, mastercard, amer- ican express or discovery. Payment for all services by Baker Computer Consulting, LLC, are due imme- diately upon completion of the work as determined by Baker Computer Consulting, LLC. Any payment that is not received within 14 days of comple- tion of the work will incur a $25 processing charge. All finance charges shall accrue from the date of completion of the work. No-Charge Guarantee If we cannot help you to resolve your computer problem online or by tele- phone, your credit card will not be charged. Terms and Liability Baker Computer Consulting, LLC will not be held liable for lost data or any damage resulting from a support session. We cannot be held responsible for a computer in a previously unknown condition. Such a computer could be in a condition of imminent failure and, as such, could fail during a sup- port session and appear to have been caused by the support session. Although our support technicians take precautions, there is always a risk, however small, of accidental data loss. By purchasing support from Baker Computer Consulting, LLC, you agree to all the terms of service herein and assume all risks. Also, Baker Computer Consulting, LLC will NOT be held responsible for any damages caused by the services of any third-party ser- vice providers recommended by us or not. Baker Computer Consulting, LLC support only cover computer problems that can be fixed in shop or remotely. Some computer problems cannot be fixed online or by telephone. The support service does NOT cover the cost of replacement parts, software, labor, or services from third-party service providers. Availability Baker Computer Consulting, LLC cannot guarantee the availability of ser- vice since we have no control of the internet, power grid, hosting servers, etc. If for some unforeseen reason beyond our control we cannot provide support at your scheduled appointment time, we will contact you by phone and make arrangements to reschedule. Privacy Baker Computer Consulting, LLC greatly values your privacy. Any informa- tion we collect from our customers is solely for our own internal use and we do not give/sell this information to any third party except for information securely transmitted to an outside credit card processing company so that we may accept credit cards for purchases. Credit card information is 128bit SSL encrypted and not viewable by any- one. Baker Computer Consulting, LLC cannot view or otherwise access your credit card number. Credit Card Security We know customers are concerned about credit card security. We use one of the world’s largest funds transfer agencies Square. If you choose to use Square, your personal credit card information will not be given to Baker Computer Consulting, LLC.
